If the shoe doesn't fit.....
We will accept returns on unworn merchandise, communicating with The Red Pair 15 days of delivery of your purchase. Sale items are final sale and can not be returned.
To be eligible for a return:
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required, included in your return.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include the reason you would like to return the item(s). If your item arrived damaged or unsatisfactory, please include photos to expedite the return process.
Within 24 hours, we will acknowledge your request. If your request is granted, we will then send you an RA# (Return Authorization Number) that you will place on the outside of the package along side our address:
The Red Pair Shoe Store RA# (the code we send)

Please double check the return address is correct as we are not responsible for mis shipped items. Please consider getting tracking information as we are not responsible for undelivered items.
Item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the RA#
We do not refund shipping costs. If you ship COD, we will deduct that amount from your refund.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if steps are not followed.
